Starts a global minigame between two basketball teams.

Only moderators can start this minigame (with default settings)

example: !basketball 100 20 30

100 loyalty reward points, 20 scored points to win, and a game length of 30 minutes.

example: !basketball ffa 200 5 15

FFA mode (no teams and unlimited players can join)

200 loyalty reward points, 5 scored points to win, and a game length of 15 minutes.
