Roulette

Roll timer (how long it takes for the ball to land and display results)
Cooldown timer (how long before the game can be played again) [seconds]

Win multipliers (red/black/even/odd = 50/50, 1st12,2nd12,3rd12 = 33%, Single digit bets = 2.78%)
Maximum bet amount (the max amount a player can bet on a single roll)
Slots
Settings that are related to the !slots command
Reset all slots settings to default values.
Minimum and maximum bet amounts.
Win chance (how frequently a "win" will occur. Note: a win just means a payout of getting 3 of the same type)
Adjust the frequencies of what the win type will be.
Adjust the payouts based on win type. Make all values add up to 100% (50 means you win half your bet)
